Reservation in private sector

I don’t think reservation is necessary in the private sector. Please see reasons below.

1. Though many may argue that it may be required in the current situation for the next decade or so, it would be very difficult after a decade to roll it back after its introduction which is bound to have huge opposition and protests at that time.
2. By and large, Quotas exist in all College Admissions. SO it is up to the individual to do the hard work and come out in flying colors at the completion of the course leveraging the advantage gained over others in securing his admission in a good college.
3. Many private Sector jobs are already now being offered based on recommendation and reference rather than direct advertisement. Quota will further complicate this problem and the industry will suffer a severe dearth in talent.
