Vishy Anand achieved his most elusive target of crossing 2800 Elo points after his record fifth Corus Chess Title in 2006. As an avid follower of all the tournaments that Anand plays, I have been waiting for this day when Anand sees off this achievement which had been the most wanted achievement for him before he retires from Professional Chess.
